Action-heroine Malashri's super hit Kannada police film Karnataka Kiran Bedi, directed by N. Om Prakash Rao, is being dubbed into Telugu as Andhra Kiran Bedi by Ramu under the banner of Ramu Enterprises and is all set to grace screens on March 12. Notably, the original completed 100 days in over 16 centres in Karnataka.
The film revolves around Kiran Bedi, a dynamic police officer whose focus is to eliminate the crime in her area. She is the daughter of a Police constable whose ambition is to see that his daughter becomes a daring Police officer like Kiran Bedi. Naturally, Kiran becomes the top enemy of a notorious gang in Bangalore.
She almost closes the nefarious activities of the gang, but the villains kill her. Kiran Bedi's lookalike Bhagyalakshmi is a cheat in Bellary, who makes a living from her fraudulent deals. Bhagyalakshmi comes to Bangalore to take the place of Kiran Bedi and uses her intelligence to take on the big mafia and finish them off in the climax.
